Great obviously, but the 2D photos that you received were flat images. Can you no longer hold your curiosity and would you like to see a real image of your baby? Then you should opt for a 3D/4D ultrasound and get to see your son or daughter before birth. And of course you can proudly share those images with grandparents for example.

If you opt for a 3D/4D ultrasound you can see live what is happening in your belly. You see your baby moving in three or four dimensional images. An exceptional experience that you can thoroughly enjoy. The images we make are in sepia and with depth. This gives you a good impression of your unborn child. And you are probably super curious to see his or her little face. We do our very best to get a good image of this. If you are lucky your baby will really pose for us and we can see his or her whole face. And how special is it if your baby pouts, yawns or puts his or her fingers in his or her mouth?
When is the best time to make a 3D/4D ultrasound?
The most beautiful images can be captured between 24 and 30 weeks of pregnancy. There is then enough subcutaneous fatty tissue so that you can get a clear image of the cheeks. Are you pregnant with twins or triplets? Then it is best to schedule the ultrasound for around the 15th week. With this ultrasound it is mainly about the experience. Would you like to share this special experience with possible other children or family members? No problem. You are welcome to bring some people with you. The ultrasound takes about thirty minutes and we do our best to get your baby in image as well as possible. Has your baby already descended? Then it becomes a lot less easy to make a good 3D/4D ultrasound. By the way, we advise you to come with a full bladder. Your bladder pushes the head of your baby up a little. This results in an even more beautiful image. Although our ultrasound technicians do everything they can to make sure you have a good, fun ultrasound, you have to take into account that the ultrasound sometimes does not come out as desired. For example because your child is not positioned well.
What does a 3D/4D ultrasound cost?
Would you like to meet your unborn child so long? Then a 3D/4D ultrasound is exactly what you need. You will not be reimbursed for this ultrasound because there is no medical indication. The costs are € 105. You may then see your baby for about thirty minutes. At the end of this you will receive four printed black/white photos and we will place the images on a USB stick for you.
